Angst for the Memories - So I was right to remember "The Scream" had been stolen before, but I must admit I did not know that there are actually four versions of the painting, each in different media (not including dorm posters or shower curtains). It was apparently a different Scream, the one in the National Gallery of Norway, that was taken in 1994 (and later recovered). The latest theft involved the equally famous version at the Munch Museum. Now you know.
