Mem Day Baseball Date

Jamie took me to see the Nats beat the Braves yesterday. One of the secret pleasures of baseball is watching for the obscure, once-in-a-blue-moon statistical anomaly -- the no-hitter, the wild pitch, the grand slam -- that turns a regular game special. In our case, it was seeing manager Frank Robinson convince the umpires to take away a game-tying home run from Atlanta left fielder Brian Jordan. Way to go, old man!
