This morning's LATimes carries a story out of DC on an advertising blitz that has attracted much notice among Washington Metro riders, including yours truly. The eye-catching billboards -- part of the EPA's Chesapeake Bay Program -- hit the public where their stomach is, by tying the health of the Chesapeake Bay ecosystem to the crab and oyster harvests that end up on local dinner plates.
