Gay Enterprise Zone at NoFlo?

There's been much talk about securing the city council's support for moving the "sexually oriented" businesses of Near SE DC, as a group, to a new locale when the bulldozers make way for the new Nationals stadium. But I've seen little concrete discussion about where such venues might relocate en masse. Jamie has a suggestion, though: The near-derelict warehouse district (adjacent to the D.C. Farmers Market) that lies between the new New York Avenue metro station on the Red Line and Gallaudet University. Given our rampant gentrification, even that area will surely push out non-upscale development within a few years, but it seems like a good temporary solution to me.
