A Higher Power

From Orange County, there's word that the sons of a gay couple have been attending a Catholic school in Costa Mesa. Other parents have begun a protest, but it remains to be seen if the "love the sinner, hate the sin" mentality will prevail. Isn't a faith-based school the best place for the boys to go to school? After all the religious instruction may teach the to lead lives of righteousness. As the school's new policy states, a child's education should come first and a family's background "does not constitute an absolute obstacle to enrollment in the school."
