Sack That Quarterback

With few opportunities left this season to acknowledge woofy football players, let me at least give an honorable mention to Pitt QB Tyler Palko, whose Panthers fell to undefeated Utah in last night's Doritos, er, Fiesta Bowl. The Utes defense certainly had a thing for the babyfaced but bearded junior, as they penetrated protection to sack this hottie nine times. A prototypical hardworking ethnic kid from western PA (no word on whether Lea Thompson is his girlfriend), the 21-year-old econ major will return to the Panthers for a final season next year, so keep an eye out.
