NPR Moves Left - After decades of being Beltway-centric, National Public Radio is finally branching out, depending more and more for content from their Los Angeles studios, located in Culver City (not to be confused with Century City).

I agree with the article's assessment that some "West Coast listeners have been thrilled about the recent Southern California ramp-up," because it's annoying to have to listen to stale reports three hours after people in the east have already heard them. I mean, we already get cut out of fun "live" televised snafus from the East Coast, so we deserve some attention. Finally, some balance on NPR! Eastern liberal academic elitist AND Western hippie feel-good elitist unite!
