Golden Oldie - Does anyone really care about the nominations for the Golden Globes? I thought not, but apparantly, I was very, very wrong. Therefore, please accept this belated post on the atrocity suffered by Desperate Housewives's Eva Longoria: All of her castmates on the freshman series were nominated but her. Of course she chalks it up to the fact that instead of attending a luncheon with members of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, she was in Texas visiting a sick aunt, who later died. Maybe some readers have their own beefs with the choices of the HFPA that they'd like to share?
