Me No Homo - Supposedly it is no longer defamatory to call someone "gay," but that hasn't stopped a young, allegedly-straight athlete from suing Outsports.com for posting his photo online. According to the website, the gallery in question did not have captions or make any suggestions about the sexual orientation of those pictured, and the cameraman was a credentialed reporter covering the LA Marathon, a public event. One wonders, therefore, how did the litigious Mr. Harbinson suffer such "extreme embarrassment, public humiliation, mental agony and damage to his name and reputation"?
