Culinary Delights - Kevin and I made a delicious item this weekend from Art Smith's cookbook, Back to the Table. It was a summer squash soup with fresh zucchini, yellow squash and thyme. The secret trick? Putting 2/3 of it into the blender and pulsing until creamy, fooling the mind into thinking its not a low-fat dish. Having tried a few of the recipes, its easy to see why the cookbook won a prestigious James Beard award. But more importantly, is Oprah's person chef The Gay? (John?)
