Kings Fall - The Sacramento Kings narrowly lost to the Los Angeles Lakers yesterday. Luckily, there was no rioting or looting in our neighborhood. However, this intrastate rivalry has led the Sacramentans to feel like they need to defend themselves against the "Cow Town" barbs. The lady doth protest too much, methinks.

In the meantime, a new ranking shows the top American cities in terms of tolerance, talent and technology. Number one? San Francisco, of course. The survey didn't include fine dining choices, but I think that simply would have put SF over the top.
