Why do I feel like I'm the last one to know Mr. Sulu -- er, George Takei -- is gay? From childhood in an internment camp to Asian-American TV trailblazer to out-and-proud at age 68, the actor has certainly led an interesting life. In an interview with Frontiers magazine, Takei reveals a lot of details I somehow don't think made it into his 1994 auto-biography. (Can you imagine attending that first Saturday meetup of the Los Angeles gay running club when "Mr. Sulu" showed up? He later met his long-time partner there.)
