A huge condo development is slated to move across the street from the 9:30 Club at 9th and V Streets NW -- which I last visited to see Manchester rockers Doves in concert.

How long before the new residents start complaining about the noise and get the city to curtail concerts? God willing, they'll get nowhere with such bitching: In property law, this is what's known as "moving to the nuisance."
