Sacramento-to-Seacoast Edition - Greetings from New England, Gentle Readers. Kevin got a lesson in small scale geography, as we made the lightening-quick trek from Providence to Portsmouth, covering three states in less than two hours last night. And given that backdrop, and the fact that we're here for a wedding (no, not ours, silly!), I felt it appropriate to mention that out-of-state couples are now suing Massachusetts over the 1913 marriage law being used by Governor Mitt Romney to prevent marriages by non-MA resident same-sex couples.
