Uno, Dos, Tres, Catorce

Wondering how your city ranks on Forbes magazines annual survey of "the best cities for singles"? A quick run down of metropolises of interest here at Beaverhausen: San Francisco is highest ranked at no. 3, Wash-Bawlmer drops this year from second to fifth, LA is number seven, and Sacramento and Norfolk make it into the top forty (15th and 39th, respectively).

DCist has their qualms about the ranking methodology, but opines "if we're going to measure a city's datability by the blogging world (our favorite yardstick, of course), then DC's doing pretty well." Hmm, how about a list of best cities for gays, or better yet, the best cities for gay bloggers? In any event, just don't go looking for love at the Roanoke Wal-Mart.
