A More Perfect Union - As predicted, SCOTUS did not accept a federal appeal of the Massachusetts gay marriage case. Plaintiffs' counsel had used a far-fetched constitutional argument based on the little-litigated Section 4 of Article IV, so few should be surprised at this outcome.
