Starr F*cker - Pepperdine, the "Churches of Christ-affiliated university known for its conservatism" (and future alma mater of my brother, oddly enough) has a new Dean for its law school: Ken Starr. I'm not sure the LA Times needed to be quite so specific in its description of the school, calling it: a "middle-rung law school, ranked as tied for 99th among the 178 U.S. law schools assessed this year by U.S. News & World Report magazine." But I guess bringing Starr aboard is one way to climb the USN&WR ladder.
