Victory Lap Dog - Just five days after victory in the Presidential election, strategist Karl Rove is stirring ire by promising to the conservative base on Fox News Sunday that President Bush would continue to pursue a Federal Marriage Amendment. Said Rove, "If we want to have a hopeful and decent society, we ought to aim for the ideal." The ideal being discrimination against gay and lesbian couples.
