Financial Literacy - Wouldn't a better headline on the reports that Tom Ridge may be stepping down from his position as Secretary of Homeland Security read: "Bush Administration Official Making $175,700 Cannot Afford College Tuition For His Children"? Could the explanation that "he needs to earn money to comfortably put his two children, Tommy Jr. and Lesley, through college" be a really good, plausible cover story? ;-)
