Weapon of Mass Fabulousness

How can the SLDN possibly take reports of a "gay conversion bomb" seriously? Maybe the Air Force did concieve of non-lethal chemical weapons with "aphrodisiac" effects, but it sounds more like a Weekly World News story to me.
