I just forgot our state governor's name -- but I know that you will help me recall him." (emphasis mine.) Get it? There's a campaign to recall California Governor Gray Davis from office. Wonder if Arnold has got Bruce Vilanch working as a speechwriter! Although, wouldn't it have been even punnier if he'd worked in a reference to Total Recall?
