It's Like Hollywood, with Ugly People - So the saying goes about D.C. Washington is a city filled with egos but the pecking order isn't based on looks -- not by a long shot. Well, that's gonna change this week when The West Wing comes back to town. It looks like Constitution Avenue, by the National Mall, will be filling in for the traditional march down Pennsylvania Avenue. They've picked a portion called the Federal Triangle with its the grand governmental offices as a substitute backdrop. Look for it in an upcoming show.
